Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. All items in our store (earrings, neckpieces, rings) are eligible for return. No categories are excluded.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned unused, unworn, in original packaging and in resellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, damage or missing packaging.

How to start a return

Email our team at service@midzumi.com with your order number and return request. We will send you return instructions. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived defective or wrong.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
