Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a tracking link.

Common questions

Orders take 1–3 business days to process before shipping. You will not see tracking updates until the carrier scans the package.
International shipments may pause during customs clearance — this is normal and not a sign of lost parcel.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors first.
